십 년 전, 병원에서 일어난 한 소녀의 실종 사건.
십 년 후, 폐업을 앞둔 병원에 남겨진 유일한 환자.
그리고 밝혀지는 10년 전 실종 사건에 얽힌 다섯 가지의 비밀…..

10년 전, 밀려드는 환자로 북새통을 이루던 한 병원. 입원 중이던 한 소녀가 실종되는 사건이 일어난다.
목격자도 사건의 단서도 찾지 못한 채, 소녀는 끝내 돌아오지 않았다.

10 년 후, 끊임 없는 의료 사고로 인해 결국 십 년 만에 문을 닫게 된 병원. 유일하게 남아 있는 ‘코마’ 환자 이송 여부를 놓고 병원장과 의사 장서원, 간호사 강수진의 의견이 첨예하게 대립한다. 그런 가운데 보험회사 직원 윤영과 코마 환자의 유일한 보호자 홍아, 그리고 소녀 실종 사건을 담당했던 최형사가 병원을 방문한다.

그리고, 다섯 사람이 모두 모이자 결코 열려선 안되는 봉인되었던 수술실이 열려버린다.
그날 밤 다섯 명의 사람들에게 미스터리한 연쇄 사건들이 일어나는데…..
